Each employee relocations account is paired with an Account Coordinator to handle the individual requirements of your organization. This Account Coordinator serves as your primary point of contact, expediting all aspects of your employees’ moves.
We know that no two employee moves are the same: even the shape of your employee’s driveways can make a move feel like an entirely new experience. In order to give your employees the personal attention they deserve, we also assign a Move Consultant to visit your employee’s home to plan the move.
Each of your employees is treated to our full line of household goods services, including our high quality packing materials, professional packing services, and knowledgeable Move Consultants. We also specialize in custom crating in order to safeguard your employees’ vulnerable and fragile items. You may decide what services are offered to each employee up-front, or you may allow each employee to request services based on their individual needs.
We know that your ultimate priority is getting your employees settled quickly and comfortably so that they can get back to work. We make it easier for our relocations accounts by providing guaranteed dates and weekend delivery of storage-in-transit shipments without the normal overtime charges.
